Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We use them sparingly. This notice explains exactly what we set and why.
What we set
We use a single strictly-necessary preference key, stored in your browser's localStorage:
- rsfx_cookie: remembers whether you have dismissed the cookie banner. Set when you click "Got it" or "Reject". Strictly-necessary, no consent required under PECR. Stored locally for six months.
What we do not set
We do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracker on this website. We do not session-record, fingerprint or track you across other sites.
Forms and form submissions
When you submit the contact form, your IP address is logged on our server alongside your message for security and audit purposes. This is done server-side and is not a cookie.
Live exchange rates
The live rates ticker on our homepage is provided by TradingView (a third-party widget). When the ticker loads, your browser fetches its script and resources directly from tradingview.com. TradingView may set its own cookies or local storage on those requests for widget functionality. The ticker is informational only and the rates shown are indicative, not dealable.
How to clear or block
You can clear localStorage at any time via your browser's privacy settings. Clearing it will cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit.
Updates
If we ever introduce a third-party tracker, this notice will be updated and the cookie banner will gain a proper opt-in toggle.
